Group Manager, Operations Deal Management

Position Description Group Manager, Operations Deal Management is a people manager role. The selected individual will work closely with: 1. Operational Deal Management teams Enable an efficient end-to-end deal advisory engine through ODMs by unblocking and de-risking vital operational touchpoints. Enable clear and concise communications to senior Field and Operations leadership. Establish and maintain a disciplined planning and execution rhythm for ODM scope each quarter, in advance of the quarter, with the full team aligned and clear on their role to deliver. Be the leader who enables a successful ODM team, achieving maximum business value. Foster global thinking to evolve the ODM organisation for greater efficiency and broader impact. Enable a diverse and inclusive environment within Business Operations where great talent is developed and maximum potential is realised. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or a related field, with a proven track record in programme management, process management, process improvement or equivalent experience. Experience in people management and leadership, as well as managing projects, vendors, processes and change initiatives. A fluent command of the English language in both verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated thought leadership, decision-making and impactful influence, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively to drive business goals and achieve key metrics. Proven analytical and problem-solving skills to deliver global solutions that support business objectives. Experience using Business Process Management, Six Sigma, Lean, Agile and / or Scrum methodologies, with the ability to model as-is and to-be processes. Experience with the quote-to-cash lifecycle, including quotes, agreements, orders and adjustments, to enable improved operational performance or similar. Industry experience in Technology, AI, Cloud and / or Supply Chain, Compliance or Controls.
