This role involves leading solution design discussions, supporting architectural decisions, and delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions aligned with best practices. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions within a telecom IT environment. ## What you’ll do * Analyse user stories and contribute to requirement breakdown and solution design * Maintain traceability across requirements, specifications, and implementation rules * Design, develop and unit test Salesforce functionalities including customisations and integrations * Participate in defect triage, bug fixing and issue resolution * Provide regular status updates and proactively escalate risks or blockers * Support peer reviews and contribute to knowledge sharing and collaboration * Develop solutions using Salesforce technologies such as LWC, Apex, Visualforce, Aura Components and Flows * Work across Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud environments * Contribute to architectural decisions and ensure implementation aligns with Salesforce best practices * Collaborate with onsite and offshore teams to deliver robust solutions ## Who you are * 7+ years of experience in Salesforce development * Strong expertise in Salesforce technologies including Lightning (LWC), Apex, Visualforce, Aura and Triggers * Experience working with Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud * Understanding of Salesforce application architecture and lifecycle * Experience with integrations and API-based solutions * Certified Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer I, with multiple certifications preferred * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex systems * Experience working in Agile environments * Degree in Software Engineering or a related technical discipline ## Not a perfect fit?
