About the job you’re considering:

We are seeking an experienced Informatica P360 Developer/Lead with 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing, configuring, and supporting Informatica P360 solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in P360 SDK, ActiveVOS, ActiveMQ, Informatica Data Quality (IDQ), Java/J2EE, Python, AWS, and Linux environments. This role requires experience in data modeling, workflow development, data quality management, system integrations, and PIM platform support. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, participate in Agile delivery processes, optimize supplier onboarding solutions, and contribute to machine learning and AI-driven capabilities. Strong client-facing communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience leading technical initiatives are essential. This position requires work to be performed within the United States during standard business hours in accordance with client and Capgemini policies.

Your role :

 

  • Design and configure Informatica P360 (on-premises) solutions, including data modeling, field additions using Repository Manager, and UI configuration.
  • Develop and manage complex workflows using ActiveVOS and ActiveMQ messaging.
  • Develop, enhance, and support P360 features using the P360 SDK.
  • Implement and maintain data quality rules using Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) and integrate them with P360.
  • Collaborate with the ETL team to facilitate data flow from IBM DataStage (backend) into the PIM platform.
  • Support and maintain the PIM platform hosted on AWS and Linux environments.
  • Optimize the Supplier Portal to improve the supplier onboarding experience.
  • Develop Python scripts for various PIM functions, including post-processing and machine learning integrations.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives, while delivering high-quality solutions within agreed timelines.
  • Proactively maintain and update all required technical and project documentation.
  • This is a client-facing role. Work must be performed within the United States during regular business hours in accordance with client agreements and Capgemini policies.

Required Skills

Your Role

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience configuring and supporting Informatica P360 components, including Repository Manager, UI configuration, imports, exports, pre- and post-processing, assortments, data quality, P360 data model, and APIs.
  • Proven expertise in ActiveVOS and ActiveMQ.
  • Strong experience with P360 SDK, Core Java, and J2EE technologies.
  • Strong experience with Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) and its integration with P360.
  • Experience deploying P360 application components across environments using AWS and Linux platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with GitHub or other source control management tools.
  • Strong Python development experience and proficiency with Python libraries and frameworks.
  • Experience using Informatica CLAIRE within a P360 ecosystem is highly desirable.
  • Experience building machine learning models and AI-based solutions is highly preferred.
  • Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage in client-facing interactions.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead technical workstreams and solve complex problems with minimal supervision.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is:$76,000 to $187,000.

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
