Role responsibilities
The Production Associate is responsible for assembling products using tools and automated equipment while following visual and written instructions. They collaborate with supervisors to resolve mechanical or material challenges and maintain production flow.
Requirements
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred along with strong communication skills. Candidates should be willing to work day or evening shifts with mandatory overtime.
