This role partners with Market Executives and Financial Advisors to deliver integrated solutions that bring the firm's full global and institutional capabilities to clients.What you'll do:> Partner across Wealth, Workplace, and Institutional teams to deliver holistic client solutions> Identify and activate new growth opportunities across the firm's platform> Embed institutional thinking into advisor practices and local market strategies> Lead 1:1 advisor engagements, book reviews, and opportunity development> Drive adoption of firm initiatives with measurable field impact> Facilitate strategy sessions, market calls, and advisor forumsWhat we're looking for:> Wealth Management experience; field and advisor engagement preferred> Collaborative leader with the ability to influence across teams> Strategic thinker with strong execution skills> Familiarity with Workplace and Institutional capabilities a plus > Series 7 & 63 (or equivalent)> ~25% travel*This role can be located in either New York or San Francisco, CAJoin us to help shape how we deliver integrated, outcome-oriented solutions to clients.WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM MORGAN STANLEY: At Morgan Stanley, we raise, manage and allocate capital for our clients – helping them reach their goals.
