Custom Software Engineering Analyst

About the Role

Join Accenture as a Software Engineering Analyst and contribute to the design, enhancement, and support of enterprise technology solutions. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain high-performing applications and infrastructure while ensuring systems remain aligned with evolving business needs.
 You will have the opportunity to build expertise in Configuration & Release Management and Integration Architecture, support continuous improvement initiatives, and help deliver reliable, scalable, and efficient technology solutions that drive business value.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Enhance and maintain applications, systems, and infrastructure to support changing business requirements and operational needs.• Monitor and support application performance, availability, and stability in accordance with established service level agreements (SLAs).• Define, analyze, and review technical requirements with a focus on integration, performance, quality, scalability, and maintainability.• Collaborate with cloud operations and engineering teams to manage infrastructure capacity and monitor key performance indicators.• Support configuration, deployment, release, and change management activities across multiple environments.• Identify opportunities for process and system improvements to enhance reliability, efficiency, and operational excellence.• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, supporting root cause analysis and implementation of preventive solutions.• Participate in technical discussions, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning initiatives while contributing innovative ideas and recommendations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.• Understanding of application lifecycle management, deployment processes, and system integration principles.• Experience working collaboratively with technical and business stakeholders to deliver technology solutions.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
