Operating Model Transformation Lead – Core Banking

THE WORK:

Lead and shape the future of banking transformation by designing innovative Core Banking solutions that drive business value and operational excellence. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders to assess current operating models, identify transformation opportunities, and develop strategic solutions that support organizational growth. You will leverage your expertise to optimize business processes, governance structures, and operating models, enabling sustainable change across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to analyze current operating models, processes, and organizational structures.
• Design and implement Core Banking transformation initiatives aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, governance frameworks, and decision-making processes.
• Advise leadership teams on operating model design, governance structures, and organizational transformation strategies.
• Develop and execute solutions that support enterprise-wide change and business modernization efforts.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of transformation initiatives.
• Provide strategic recommendations that enable scalability, agility, and long-term business success.

HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• Advanced proficiency in Core Banking.
• Proven experience delivering business transformation, operating model, or organizational change initiatives within the banking or financial services industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

• Certifications in Change Management, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or related methodologies.
