In this role, you will play a key part in process optimization, technical support, and industrial engineering. In addition, you will support the certification of our production processes, conduct safety inspections, and ensure the smooth and safe operation of our equipment and systems. You will also actively contribute to quality management and ensure the sustainable maintenance and continuous improvement of our standards through structured documentation.Your ResponsibilitiesProcess Optimization: Analyze and continuously improve manufacturing, assembly, and testing processes to increase productivity, quality, and efficiencyTechnical Support: Monitor ongoing operations through target vs. actual comparisons and ensure effective troubleshooting and sustainable issue resolutionIndustrial Engineering: Plan, implement, and further develop production processes, equipment, and machinery, considering both technological and economic aspectsQuality Management: Define, monitor, and further develop quality standards while ensuring overall product qualityDocumentation & Training: Create and maintain work instructions and process documentation, and conduct employee training sessionsCertifications: Support and coordinate certification processes within production (e.g., audits, compliance with standards)Safety Inspections: Perform and document safety checks and contribute to compliance with legal and internal regulationsEquipment Availability: Ensure functionality, availability, and operational safety of production systems and equipmentProcess Ownership: Take responsibility for and continuously improve key production processesProcess Analysis & Tooling: Conduct process analyses, provide technical clarification, and support the selection and procurement of production tools and equipmentEssential SkillsCompleted degree in engineering (e.g., mechanical engineering, production engineering, or process engineering) or a comparable qualificationSeveral years of professional experience (at least 5-7 years) in production planning, production control or manufacturing engineeringStrong analytical thinking skillsAbility to work effectively in a teamExperience in project managementKnowledge of common quality management (QM) methodsExperience in automation technology or production-related environmentsWillingness to travel worldwide (less than 30%)About usAgile Robots SE is an international high-tech company based in Munich, Germany with a production site in Kaufbeuren and more than 2300 employees worldwide.
