Technical Program Communications Coordinator
Overview
LMI is seeking a proficient Technical Program Communications Coordinator to join our dynamic and complex United States Postal Service (USPS) portfolio. We need a candidate who excels at customer service, learning and communicating new policies and procedures to external customers and internal stakeholders. This candidate should have experience utilizing advanced tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, and AI and Machine Learning to organize and analyze data.
This role requires someone with experience supporting government contracts, working directly with customers, and handling sensitive data. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of USPS regulations and be able to work autonomously to solve complex problems using these regulations and data analysis.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities may include:
- Managing communications and responding to USPS customers who have questions or concerns about the USPS Fraud Analytics and Mitigation (FAM) program.
- Effectively communicating USPS policy and guidelines to internal and external stakeholders at varying levels.
- Organizing and tracking customer requests to ensure they are handled in a timely fashion.
- Maintaining and analyzing data at the request of the USPS client in Databricks and Excel.
- Working with other USPS contractors and vendors to meet customer needs and successfully resolve complex issues.
- Identifying areas of process improvement and leveraging technical skills to help solve these issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with zero to two years of experience in one (or multiple) of the following practices: project management, project scheduling, business process improvement, business consulting, or continuous improvement.
- Moderate skills and proficiency with Microsoft products: Power Apps, Power BI, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio.
- Demonstrated soft skills such as customer service, patience, emotional intelligence, and exemplary communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to align personal goals with team objectives, creating a personal brand that enhances the team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Successful performance operating within a fast-paced, autonomous, and collaborative virtual environment.
- Significant understanding of project management fundamentals and ability to work within project constraints.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
- Strong business acumen.
- Must be able to obtain a Position of Public Trust Clearance – Must be a US Citizen
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Project management consultancy experience supporting program operations across large, complex projects/portfolios.
- Experience with/certification in SAFe, Prosci, Lean Six Sigma, CPBA, or LUMA.
- Human-Centered Design (HCD) certification.
- Experience with Databricks.
- Strong working knowledge of Power Automate and Power Apps.
Target Salary Range: $75,000-$95,000
