Track and analyze sales, inventory, and brand performance data to identify trends, generate insights, and support business decisions. Coordinate with internal teams including Retail Operations, Buying, Marketing, Training, Visual Merchandising and Supply Chain to ensure timely product availability, promotions, and store-level execution. Support new brand and product launches by managing listings, promotional activities, and ensuring seamless execution across retail stores. Prepare regular business reports, MIS, and performance dashboards while proactively identifying opportunities to improve sales, stock availability, and overall brand performance. Preferred Candidate Profile]Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field. 0–3 years of experience in Key Account Management, Brand Management, Category Management, or a similar role. Freshers with strong analytical skills and relevant internships/projects are also encouraged to apply. Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with good knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic formulas) and reporting. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
