Field Service Engineer

Job Description

岗位职责

•负责大客户的仪器安装、调试、维修、维护、培训等相关技术支持工作, 包括但不限于LC、GC、GCMS等相关的硬件及相应的软件等；•提供主动式设备健康管理服务, 处理复杂技术问题与跨部门协同，推动客户需求闭环管理, 支持客户业务发展与实验室运营, 支持服务合同和业务增长，参与知识沉淀与团队能力建设；•及时解决客户问题，确保客户满意度，维护良好客户关系；•按照公司流程有效的完成其他各项工作。

Qualifications

任职要求

•制药、化学、生物、食品、环境、材料、仪器科学、电学等相关专业硕士及以上学历，或者本科学历且具有三年及以上相关工作经验; •了解色谱分析基本原理和LC/GC等相关仪器的基本原理，懂GCMS或LCMS仪器原理者优先;•有大型制药、生物药、第三方检测行业支持经验者优先；•喜欢技术钻研，动手能力强，对售后服务工作有兴趣；•具备较强的数据分析、项目管理和跨团队协作能力；•具有优秀的口头表达和交流沟通能力；•具有良好的英文读写和一定的听说能力；•能适应高频次的出差节奏

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely.
