Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure software solutions for AI-powered products and services within the Commercial Business. Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including product managers, data scientists, data engineers and UX designers—to deliver end-to-end features from concept to production. Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and contribute to engineering best practices. Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize performance, reliability, and developer productivity. Write well-documented, high-quality, and maintainable code. Engage in agile development processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and regular team syncs. Contribute to a culture of inclusion, innovation, and technical excellence within the AIT organization. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline with proven experience coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field with proven experience coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python Software Engineering IC2 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $85,400 - $168,100 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $111,100 - $183,700 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
