DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead strategy and growth across financial services and insurance, including banking, lending, cards, wealth management, and property, casualty, and life insurance.
Set direction and priorities for the finance and insurance teams and support their development.
Partner with sales and client leadership to prioritize accounts and accelerate revenue.
Translate the regulatory realities of these industries into solution strategies clients can act on, keeping marketing use separate from permissible purpose credit and underwriting use.
Guide compliant growth use cases such as prescreen firm offers of credit and insurance, cross sell across affiliated lines of business, retention, and agent and advisor enablement.
Shape proposals, pricing, and delivery approaches suited to regulated finance and insurance clients.
Serve as a senior strategic resource in client engagements, business reviews, and deal pursuits.
Provide client driven input to inform Acxiom's product and solution roadmap.
Represent Acxiom's finance and insurance capabilities in executive and external forums.
WHAT WILL SET YOU APART
Fifteen (15) or more years of experience in industry strategy, client leadership, or solution selling, with significant time in financial services or insurance.
Working knowledge of the regulations that govern data in these industries, including GLBA, FCRA and permissible purpose, credit based insurance scoring, and state insurance oversight under the NAIC framework.
Understanding of the data that drives finance and insurance marketing, including first party transaction and policy data, credit based signals, and household and policy level identity resolution.
Strong background in data driven marketing, identity, and activation strategy, including experience with CDPs and clean rooms.
Proven success leading teams and growing revenue in a matrixed organization.
Executive communication skills, with a track record of building trusted senior client relationships across marketing, data, and compliance stakeholders.
Strong critical thinking, financial acumen, and writing skills.
Ability to travel as needed to support client engagements and planning.
