Campaign Manager-Auto Marketing

As a Campaign Manager within Auto Marketing, you will partner with business strategy to translate approved business cases into executable campaign plans; shape creative briefs, align stakeholders, secure approvals, and drive delivery across platforms and tools.
Job Responsibilities
- Partner with business strategy to translate approved business cases into executable campaign plans; shape creative briefs, align stakeholders, secure approvals, and drive delivery across platforms and tools.
- Collaborate with business strategy managers to manage campaigns from concept development through launch and post-launch support across email, digital, online ads/landing pages, video, and collateral.
- Execute campaigns using established campaign structures, workflows, and controls to ensure consistent, compliant delivery.
- Coordinate across multifunctional partners—including internal design teams and Centers of Excellence—to develop assets and meet production timelines.
- Lead the content approval process with Legal, Compliance, Product, and Risk; proactively manage risks, edits, and version control to keep work moving.
- Own campaign timelines, scope, and budgets; identify dependencies early, remove blockers, and keep initiatives on-strategy and on-time.
- Run weekly status meetings; produce clear updates, maintain status documents, and communicate milestones, decisions, and next steps.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree (4-year college degree).
- 3+ years of direct marketing and/or project management experience, managing multiple (often complex) initiatives across channels such as digital, web, video, email, direct mail, and event materials.
- Proven ability to think strategically while executing tactically—owning details, following process, and operating within strict controls.
- Strong ability to prioritize and deliver under pressure and tight deadlines; take work from intake through implementation.
- Demonstrated relationship-building and negotiation skills; able to earn trust with internal and external partners.
- Positive, adaptable team player comfortable with changing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
- Financial services and/or agency experience preferred; traffic management/coordinator experience a plus.
- Working knowledge of database marketing principles, segmentation, testing, and results measurement.
