Your impact
As a member of our internal legal department ("Office of the General Counsel" or "OGC") you’ll assist in the following tasks:
preparing, drafting and reviewing contracts between PwC and its clients and suppliers
providing legal assistance in various areas to a range of the OGC's internal clients
following up on developments in statutes, regulations, case law and academic writings, especially in the field of business law, company law, contract law and professional regulations
providing dispute management services
following up on legal administration and overseeing the statutory formalities in relation to the firm's various legal entities.
Your profile
You have:
A master's degree in Belgian Law; experience at the bar as a generalist, preferably with the traineeship accomplished, is a plus
a clear preference for a generalist position as a company lawyer, with a couple of years of professional experience
good organisational qualities, including working with IT tools and Legal AI
an eye for detail and thoroughness in your work
a consciousness of confidentiality and professional secrecy considerations
an open, objective, practical and accommodating approach in dealing with various counterparts (partners, attorneys, clients, employees)
a sense of responsibility: you have a proactive approach and are able to meet commitments
a client-oriented attitude and you’re a team player
maturity and versatility to take charge of both administrative and legal aspects
fluent language skills in French, Dutch and English
