About AB InBev Growth Group
Created in 2022, the Growth Group unifies our business-to-business (B2B), direct-to-consumer (DTC), Sales & Distribution, and Marketing teams. By bringing together global tech and commercial functions, the Growth Group allows us to fully leverage data and drive digital transformation and organic growth for AB InBev around the world.
In addition to supporting well known global beer brands like Corona, Budweiser and Michelob Ultra, the Growth Group is home to a robust suite of digital products including our B2B digital commerce platform BEES, on-demand delivery services Ze Delivery and TaDa Delivery, and table top beer keg PerfectDraft.
We are an exceptional team, focused on understanding and supporting consumer and customer needs, harnessing new technology, and scaling growth opportunities.
About the role:
BEES Force is AB InBev's mobile field execution platform, part of the broader BEES B2B e-commerce ecosystem. It enables Frontline commercial teams, such as Sales Representatives, to execute guided in-store activities through personalized routes, data-driven tasks, and customer insights, driving commercial outcomes such as Distribution, Volume, and Execution Excellence across global markets.
We are expanding BEES Force to Merchandisers — a strategic initiative still in its early stages. In this role, you will own the end-to-end development and implementation of the Merchandiser profile within BEES Force, acting as the central point of coordination across Product, Commercial, and country teams.
What you'll do:
- Lead a 360° assessment of the Merchandiser profile, understanding current ways of working, pain points, and opportunities for product and process evolution within BEES Force.
- Conduct commercial discovery with country teams and Frontline stakeholders to identify Merchandiser-specific needs and translate them into clear product requirements and task system adaptations.
- Partner with the Product team to define and prioritize features, capabilities, and task flows required to effectively support Merchandisers in their in-store execution activities.
- Define and monitor implementation KPIs — including adoption, engagement, task completion, and commercial impact — ensuring alignment with business objectives throughout the rollout.
- Drive implementation traction across countries, coordinating timelines, dependencies, and local requirements to ensure successful deployment and adoption.
- Organize and manage relationships with multiple stakeholders across Product, Commercial, Operations, and country teams, ensuring alignment, clear communication, and timely decision-making.
- Support post-launch tracking of Merchandiser features, measuring business impact and user engagement, and providing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Prepare presentations and communicate progress, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders at different levels.
- Document business rules, processes, and best practices related to the Merchandiser profile to ensure consistency and scalability across markets.
What you'll need:
Must Have:
- University degree;
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Experience in Product Management, Commercial Strategy, Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, Field Execution, or related areas.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders across different countries, functions, and seniority levels.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and keep diverse stakeholders aligned.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in KPI definition, performance tracking, and impact measurement.
- Ability to conduct discovery efforts, gather requirements from Frontline and Commercial teams, and translate business needs into product capabilities.
- Strong ownership, proactivity, and growth mindset.
Nice to Have:
