Essential Functions
- Work with Tax Accountant Senior and Manager, Tax with schedules and calculations in support of the federal tax returns.
- Prepare state income and franchise tax returns for both insurance and non-insurance companies.
- Prepare premium tax returns and provisions for insurance companies Assist with calculations for monthly and quarterly IFRS and statutory tax provisions. Under the guidance of Management, prepare and/or review journal entries and work papers.
- Prepare and/or review account reconciliation/analysis to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Provide explanation of significant variances.
- Develop and maintain procedures manual or all current job functions for training and backup purposes.
- Provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders, including vendors, facilities and colleagues
- Ensure that the assigned targets in accordance with the SLA and Internal standards are met.

B. Com / M. Com / bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting is required. Taxation experience is necessary.
