This position will be located in either Palmdale, CA or OKC, Oklahoma. The selected candidate will work closely with the Program Leadership to meet the goals and objectives of the AS Business Management organization.Essential Functions:Prepares, develops and coordinates the integrated master plan and integrated master schedule to meet all program objectivesEnsures major projects and program schedules and plans are horizontally and vertically integrated across company functional groups including finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and qualityTracks plans and schedules, performs risk analysis, identifies and resolves critical path and network logic conflictsUses Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances to facilitate focus and intervention on critical areasBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of experience in Program Planning or similar or a Master's Degree with entry level experienceAbility to obtain a US Government Secret ClearancePreferred Qualifications:Aerospace/Defense Industry experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft ProjectAwareness with Earned Value Management (EVM)Excel Macro/VBA SkillsExperience in Deltek CobraExperience in Deltek Acumen RiskWe offer flexible work arrangements, phenomenal learning opportunities, exposure to a wide variety of projects and customers, and a very friendly team environment.
