The role focuses on driving collaboration across cross-functional teams, maintaining alignment with timelines and quality standards, and delivering measurable outcomes that support organisational objectives.What you’ll do Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project requirements, timelines, and milestones.Facilitate regular interactions with project stakeholders to identify, track, and resolve issues effectively.Oversee project deliverables and ensure adherence to defined quality standards and methodologies.Develop and maintain project communication plans, ensuring clarity and transparency across stakeholders.Prepare and present status reports, consolidating insights from data analysis and project updates.Manage change requests, ensuring all stakeholders understand impacts on timelines and budgets.Support development of user documentation, training materials, and handover processes to ensure smooth implementation.Monitor client satisfaction and secure acceptance of deliverables during and after project completion.Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and improvement opportunities.Who you are Demonstrated experience (typically 6–8 years) delivering large-scale IT or ERP projects or programmes.Proven ability to lead diverse project teams and deliver outcomes within agreed timelines.Strong understanding of established project delivery methodologies and frameworks.Experience managing budgets and overseeing complex project environments.Familiarity with ERP implementation and infrastructure or construction-related projects.Educational background in a relevant field (bachelor’s or master’s degree).Professional certification such as PMP is advantageous.Not a perfect fit?
