About the Role

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Social Media Manager to lead and grow their brand presence across multiple social media platforms.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how to combine creative storytelling, content strategy, community engagement, and performance marketing to drive meaningful business results. You’ll own the social media strategy from planning through execution, creating content that grows audiences, increases engagement, and supports broader marketing objectives.

You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, design, and leadership teams to build a consistent, high-performing presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other relevant platforms.

Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand awareness, engagement, and growth objectives.
  • Create and maintain content calendars across multiple social platforms.
  • Identify content opportunities, industry trends, and audience insights to strengthen brand positioning.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all channels.

Content Creation & Publishing

  • Write engaging captions, hooks, and platform-specific content.
  • Collaborate with designers, video editors, and marketing teams to produce high-performing visual content.
  • Schedule and publish content using tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Support the creation and distribution of short-form video content for Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other emerging formats.

Community Management

  • Monitor comments, direct messages, mentions, and community interactions daily.
  • Engage with audiences by responding promptly and professionally.
  • Participate in relevant conversations and industry trends to increase visibility and engagement.
  • Foster meaningful relationships that strengthen community growth and brand loyalty.

Campaign Management & Performance

  • Support both organic and paid social campaigns for promotions, events, and brand initiatives.
  • Analyze campaign performance using platform analytics and reporting tools.
  • Track KPIs including:
    • Engagement
    • Reach
    • Follower growth
    • Website traffic
    • Click-through rates
    • Conversions
  • Continuously optimize content strategy based on performance insights and audience behavior.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, content, and leadership teams to align social media initiatives with broader business goals.
  • Coordinate campaign launches, promotional activities, and content execution.
  • Stay informed on platform updates, social trends, and emerging opportunities to keep the brand competitive.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in social media management, content marketing, or digital marketing.
  • Experience managing business or brand accounts across multiple social media platforms.
  • Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and content creation skills.
  • Experience using scheduling and analytics platforms such as:
    • Hootsuite
    • Buffer
    • Sprout Social
    • HubSpot
    • or similar tools
  • Strong understanding of best practices for:
    • LinkedIn
    • Instagram
    • TikTok
    • Facebook
    • X (Twitter)
    • YouTube
  • Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar creative tools.
  • Strong understanding of audience engagement, content strategy, and organic social media growth.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience managing social media for SaaS, e-commerce, agency, or professional services businesses.
  • Experience with influencer partnerships or UGC campaigns.
  • Familiarity with paid social advertising and campaign boosting.
  • Experience creating or coordinating short-form video content.
  • Previous experience working in startup or high-growth environments.
