About the Role 

Concentrix is seeking a Product Manager to drive the strategy, execution, and commercial growth of Memory — our agentic intelligence engine that powers smarter, more personalized customer experiences across the iX Suite. 

Memory is a foundational capability within the iX platform, enabling real-time customer understanding through living Memory Cards, dynamic identity resolution, and predictive intent modeling. It serves as the intelligence layer that makes every interaction across iX Hello and iX Hero smarter, faster, and more profitable. 

You will operate as a recognized product expert, accountable for translating commercial targets into a focused roadmap and ensuring every feature and improvement delivered moves the needle on adoption, retention, and revenue. You will work across Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success to solve complex product problems and guide the team toward measurable outcomes. 

What You'll Own 

Product Vision & Roadmap Execution 

• Drive the product roadmap for Memory, translating strategic direction into a prioritized, outcome-focused plan 
• Define how identity resolution, Memory Cards, intent modeling, and action delivery function as a cohesive capability; not a point solution 
• Identify and develop new product concepts where limited precedent exists 

Commercial Contribution & Business Alignment 

• Contribute to revenue target setting and ensure the roadmap and delivered features are aligned to commercial goals 
• Partner with Sales, Finance, and Product Marketing to inform pricing, packaging, and monetization discussions 
• Make focused trade-off decisions across scope, cost, and timing to maximize product value 

Trust, Compliance & Enterprise Readiness 

• Ensure iX Wisdom Memory meets enterprise-grade requirements 
• Balance speed of innovation with responsible AI and risk management 
• Ensure strong alignment with integrated products (e.g., iX Hello, iX Hero, Translate) 

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Influence 

• Collaborate and influence across Engineering, Architecture, Legal, Security, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success 
• Serve as a recognized subject matter expert for Memory and agentic intelligence within the organization and with clients 

Team Development 

• Guide and develop junior product team members, sharing expertise and raising the quality of product thinking 
• Coordinate activities across team members on complex projects and new assignments 

What We're Looking For 

Experience & Background 

• Typically requires: 
• Bachelor's degree with 8–12 years of related experience, or 
• Master's degree with 6+ years 
• Proven experience delivering complex, enterprise-grade SaaS or AI products with commercial awareness 
• Demonstrated success driving roadmap execution and cross-functional delivery in ambiguous environments 

Product & Domain Expertise 

• Advanced understanding of AI-powered systems, ideally including agentic AI, ML pipelines, real-time data processing, or customer data platforms
• Comfortable developing solutions to complex problems with limited precedent 
• Familiarity with enterprise data infrastructure (streaming pipelines, event-driven architectures, multi-tenant platforms) is a plus 

Leadership & Influence 

• Strong influencing and persuasion skills — able to align diverse stakeholders and adapt messaging to different audiences 
• Clear, concise communicator who can convey complex product and technical topics to business stakeholders 
• Recognized as an expert and trusted advisor on complex matters within and beyond the immediate team
