Was Sie erreichen werden

·         Prozessleitsysteme im Fokus: Sie überwachen, betreuen und entwickeln bestehende Prozessleitsysteme weiter und tragen damit zum reibungslosen Betrieb unserer Produktionsanlagen bei.

·         Störungen nachhaltig lösen: Sie analysieren technische Probleme, beheben Störungen strukturiert, dokumentieren nachvollziehbar und helfen, wiederkehrende Fehler langfristig zu vermeiden.

·         Automatisierungspotenziale heben: Sie arbeiten eng mit Fachabteilungen zusammen, identifizieren technische Anforderungen und setzen neue Funktionen, Prozesse und Optimierungen im Leitsystem um.

·         Digitale Systeme mitgestalten: Sie unterstützen Implementierung, Wartung und Life Cycle Management computergestützter Systeme und treiben papierlose sowie digitale Prozesse mit voran.

·         Daten, Schnittstellen und Scripting nutzen: Sie bringen Informatik-Know-how ein, um Datenflüsse, Schnittstellen, Analysen und einfache Automatisierungslösungen wirkungsvoll einzusetzen.

·         AI aktiv mitgestalten: Sie erkennen sinnvolle Einsatzmöglichkeiten für AI im Produktionsumfeld, bewerten diese gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen und unterstützen dabei, praktische Verbesserungen verantwortungsvoll umzusetzen.

Was Sie mitbringen

Must-haves

·         Fundierte technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH, Studium) oder einschlägige Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in Automatisierungstechnik, Informatik, Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich.

·         Programmierkenntnisse und Freude daran, neue Programmiersprachen, Tools, Schnittstellen und Technologien weiterzuentwickeln oder dazuzulernen.

·         Analytisches Denkvermögen, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Flexibilität, Selbstständigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit.

·         Interesse an Innovation, Digitalisierung und Generative AI sowie Freude daran, neue Technologien in konkrete, nutzbringende Anwendungen zu übersetzen.

What You Will Achieve

·         Process control systems as your core focus: You monitor, support, and further develop existing process control systems and contribute to the smooth operation of our production equipment.

·         Sustainable troubleshooting: You analyze technical issues, resolve problems in a structured way, document them clearly, and help prevent recurring errors.

·         Automation and optimization: You collaborate closely with departments to identify automation potential, define technical requirements, and implement new functions and process improvements.

·         Digital systems: You support the implementation, maintenance, and life cycle management of computerized systems and help advance paperless and digital workflows.

·         Use data, interfaces, and scripting: You contribute computer science know-how to make effective use of data flows, interfaces, analyses, and practical automation solutions.

·         Actively shape AI: You identify meaningful AI use cases in manufacturing, evaluate them together with the relevant departments, and help implement practical improvements responsibly.

·         Compliance: You document changes, system configurations, and process adaptations in line with GMP, Data Integrity, and cybersecurity requirements.

What You Bring

Must-haves

·         Solid technical education (HTL, university of applied sciences, university) or relevant professional experience, ideally in automation technology, computer science, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable area.

·         Programming skills and curiosity to further develop or learn new programming languages, tools, interfaces, and technologies.

·         Analytical thinking, a structured way of working, flexibility, independence, reliability, and a collaborative mindset.

·         Interest in innovation, digitalization, and Generative AI, as well as enjoyment in translating new technologies into concrete, useful applications.

·         Interest in process automation, control systems, digital production systems, data flows, continuous improvement, and the meaningful use of modern digital methods.

·         Good communication skills in German and English.
