Role Purpose

We are seeking a “Technology with a Heart” HR Information Systems professional to partner with HR stakeholders and regional HRIS/HR Technology teams in delivering innovative solutions that enhance employee experience, improve operational effectiveness, and support HR's digital transformation journey.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with HR stakeholders to understand business needs, gather requirements, and deliver scalable technology solutions that enhance employee experience, operational effectiveness, and risk management.
  • Analyze, document, and optimize HR processes, business requirements, and solution designs to support HR transformation, process improvement, and continuous enhancement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with system teams, product owners, vendors, and regional stakeholders to deliver system enhancements, resolve issues, and support end-to-end project implementation, including testing, deployment, change management, and user adoption.
  • Leverage data, automation, AI, and emerging technologies to streamline manual processes, solve business challenges, and drive innovation beyond system limitations.
  • Support HR system governance, audit, compliance, and data management requirements while maintaining appropriate documentation, testing records, process controls, and stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HRIS, Business Analysis, HR Technology, HR Operations, Digital Transformation, or related fields.
  • Experience supporting system enhancements, process improvements, technology implementations, or digital transformation initiatives, with exposure to enterprise applications, digital platforms, automation tools, or data solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into practical and scalable technology solutions.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across local, regional, and technology teams.
  • Experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday Recruiting, Workday Core HCM, ADP), MS Power Query, or Generative AI applications is highly desirable.
