Business Function

Group Finance aims to deliver world-class standards in reporting, financial planning and finance processes. We provide insights and analyses that help the bank make sound business decisions – whether in the areas of product development or customer profitability. We also provide capital management, business planning, forecasting, and tax and accounting advisory services.

Job Description:

1.    Lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting for the IBG, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategies.

2.    Partner with IBG and GTS to provide strategic financial insights, performance analysis, and decision support.

3.    Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes, driving accountability and transparency for IBG

4.    Develop and maintain robust financial models to evaluate business performance, product profitability, and client relationships.

5.    Lead the analysis of revenue drivers, expense management, and capital allocation to optimize financial performance for IBG.

6.    Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing finance team, fostering strong technical expertise and business acumen.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years working experience in banking, finance or auditing.

• Preferably had previous experience in business finance

• Minimum S1 / bachelor degree. Preferably from finance / accounting major

• English fluency is a must, both formal spoken and written

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business finance, or a similar role.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

• Able to work under pressure in both BAU and project / ad-hoc activities

• Basic understanding in Reporting / MIS, able to use reporting tools excel, sql-based system

• Able to maintain working relationship with the following: Business (Corporate, SME, Transaction Banking), Risk management esp related to credit portfolio quality and provisioning impact, Relevant units in group
