Receptionist

Pay: $28-32.00/hr
The pay listed is the hourly rate for this position.   A specific offer will vary based on the applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

• Answer and direct incoming calls using approved greetings and service protocols 

• Activate and manage the “out of hours” switchboard for emergency and non-emergency calls 

• Greet and assist visitors and employees in a professional and courteous manner 

• Ensure compliance with established security and safety procedures for visitor access 

• Maintain reception and lobby areas in a clean, organized, and brand-aligned condition 

• Direct visitors to appropriate buildings, rooms, or contacts and notify hosts of guest arrival 

• Provide information and coordinate off-campus activities, accommodations, or transportation for out-of-town guests as needed 

• Enter maintenance requests into the service management system and coordinate vendor or supplier access when required 

• Address complaints or service requests promptly and escalate issues to appropriate stakeholders 

• Adhere to facility-specific language, service standards, and workplace policies 

• Support emergency response procedures and communication efforts when necessary 

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or related field preferred 

• Strong verbal and written communication skills 

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities 

• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced, high-technology environment 

• Proficiency with basic administrative tools and facility management systems 

• Professional demeanor with strong attention to detail and organizational skills 

• Experience working in semiconductor, manufacturing, or technology-driven environments 

• Basic knowledge of safety, compliance, and security protocols
