Smoothie & Juice Bar Attendant | Highmark Stadium

THE ROLE

We are seeking a dependable, energetic, and detail-oriented Smoothie & Juice Bar Attendant to support our athlete driven high-performance dining operation within the Buffalo Bills Performance Center. This position is responsible for preparing smoothies, fresh juices, coffee beverages, and other menu items according to established recipes and nutrition guidelines. The ideal candidate takes pride in consistency, cleanliness, and efficiency while working in a fast-paced food service environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Prepare smoothies, fresh juices, coffee beverages, and other menu items according to standardized recipes and production guidelines.

· Follow established nutrition plans and ingredient specifications to ensure consistency and accuracy.

· Wash, prep, portion, and stock fruits, vegetables, and other ingredients.

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the smoothie bar, equipment, and surrounding work areas.

· Monitor product quality and freshness throughout service.

· Restock ingredients and supplies and communicate inventory needs.

· Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.

· Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning, stocking, and equipment maintenance.

· Support kitchen and dining operations as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

· All applicants must be at least 18 years of age.

· ServSafe Allergens and Food Handler preferred or ability to attain the required food safety certifications prior to working events.

· Previous experience in food service, cafés, smoothie bars, or hospitality is preferred but not required.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately follow recipes and procedures.

· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

· Dependable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

· Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

· Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up 30 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.

· Must be flexible to work extended hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends and holidays including all games and major stadium and catering events.

· Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and additional job specific safety training.

COMPENSATION

Competitive salary of $17-$19/hr. commensurate with experience.
