Health Services Leadership Development Program Associate

The Health Service Leadership Development Program (HSLDP) is a post-graduate general business management leadership development program that advances leadership growth through rotational experiences within the health service space, inclusive of Cigna Healthcare (health benefits provider) and Evernorth Health Services (pharmacy, care, and benefits solutions).
HSLDP Associates attain breadth and depth of experience through three to four rotational roles across multiple lines of business and functional areas. Each rotation lasts between 18-24 months in length within a 5–7-year timeframe of Program tenure.

Every HSLDP Program Associate’s experience is unique as roles taken during the Program are informed by The Cigna Group strategy, business needs, as well as individual personal development and aspirational goals. Qualifications:
Successful completion of The HSLDP Summer Associate Program is required
Master of Business Administration (preferred), Master of Public Health, or Master of Health Administration from a competitive program
3–6 years of professional, full-time work experience
Healthcare experience or demonstrated interest through full-time employment, volunteer work, or applied education extracurricular
General business management experience and demonstrated leadership potential
Worked in positions with multi-faceted functions and/or has explored different functional areas
Has gained increased responsibilities through promotions/role transitions
Formally or informally managed people, project teams, etc.,
Has made meaningful contributions to significant assignments in role(s) to date
Demonstrated ability to influence across a matrixed organization
Applies innovative thinking and problem-solving skills
Endeavors to become a business leader in the health service industry
Consistently leverages a global mindset and strategic approach

Locations Bloomfield, CT (The Cigna Group Headquarters), Philadelphia, PA, St. Louis, MO (Evernorth Headquarters), or Franklin, TN
Work Authorization:
This position is open only to individuals who are eligible for employment in the United States and who would not require visa support including H-1B or CPT/OPT/STEM, etc., now or in the future.
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 100,500 - 167,500 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
