We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor. What will you do? Lead team meetings and communicate the objectives of the plant. Monitor and measure the performance of the WH team. Provide adequate training to motivate the workforce and increase retention. Improvement of methods and processes to increase productivity and quality and reduce costs. Conduct regular training sessions to ensure that all employees are properly trained in their duties. Create an array of cross-training to ensure proper operations and support staff manages to be multifunctional and analyze the ability of the matrix to the full force of teamwork. How will you do it? Increase inventory accuracy through monitoring of daily warehouse activities, cycle counts, receiving procedures and audits. Resolve inventory discrepancies quickly and effectively. Plan labor effectively against weekly requirements to increase worker efficiency and minimize overtime. Review warehouse layout and optimize storage capacity. Minimize use of outside storage. Communicates any issues or delays in shipments to impacted areas with corrective action plans and timings for resolution. Optimize picking performance and identify opportunities to reduce forklift travel. Work with Production Plant to ensure timely delivery of parts and advise Materials teams of product issues. Coordinate effectively unload of trucks and materials receipts, then ensure transactions on system properly. Responsible of cycle counting. Lead warehouse 5’S activities. Maintain good communication skills with Purchasing, Planning and Logistic team. Ensure all components and materials being correctly identified and located on every location assigned and the system reflect this information on regular and adequate manner. What are we looking for? University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. SAP. English > 80% 3 Years minimum experience. Ability to manage complex internal and external relationships requiring diplomacy, negotiating, and analytical skills. Ability to develop and motivate direct reports. This position requires a quality-focused attitude with an appropriate sense of urgency and attention to details.
