Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will lead automation and electrical projects that support safe, efficient plant operations. You will provide technical expertise in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and system alignment with company standards while supporting continuous improvement across the site.A Taste Of Your ResponsibilitiesProvide daily automation support to operations and facilities teamsExecute automation and electrical projects to improve equipment reliability and performanceDevelop and deliver training to strengthen automation, electrical, and instrumentation knowledge across the siteAlign information technology and operational technology infrastructure, programming, and equipment with company standardsParticipate in daily production meetings and support Early Management and Preventive Maintenance initiativesPartner on equipment obsolescence planning and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and good manufacturing practices requirementsEnsure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standardsCommunicate effectively and collaborate across teams, including providing off-hours support as neededIngredients Required For Your SuccessBachelor’s degree in engineering, electronics, information technology, or related field preferred, or equivalent experienceAt least 1 year of programmable logic controller programming experienceKnowledge of electrical principles and components such as human machine interfaces, servo controllers, variable frequency drives, sensors, and process instrumentationStrong problem-solving skills with the capability to apply engineering principles in complex situationsExperience in regulated manufacturing environments such as Food and Drug Administration, United States Department of Agriculture, or Process Safety Management is a plusProficiency in reading and interpreting safety rules, blueprints,...
