Manager, Revenue Cycle Vendor Performance & Offshore Operations - Remote - Nationwide

Role responsibilities

Manage offshore RCM vendors by establishing production goals, monitoring work queues, and driving cash collections and reductions in aging inventory. Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and offshore partners while implementing QA processes and KPI scorecards to ensure operational value.

Requirements

Requires a bachelor's degree and 2-3 years of experience in revenue cycle management with a focus on managing outsourced vendors. Candidates must demonstrate a track record of improving SLA attainment and proficiency with RCM platforms and BI tools.
