The opportunity
AI is changing how we work. Technology alone is not enough. People make transformation real. Join our AI Nexus program as a Master's thesis student. AI Nexus drives AI deployment across our organization. Your focus: employee adoption and change management. You will combine academic research with hands-on program work. You will study how employees adopt AI tools in practice. Your findings will directly shape our adoption strategy. You will work closely with the AI Nexus core team. You will also collaborate with your university supervisor. We support academic collaboration and value external validation of our approach.
This role suits a curious, people-focused student. You should enjoy both research and practical change work. In return, you gain real transformation experience in a global company. You will build a network across functions and regions. Flexible and hybrid working arrangements are available.
How you'll make an impact
Write your Master's thesis on AI adoption and organizational transformation
Design and run employee surveys, interviews, and adoption assessments
Analyze adoption data and identify barriers and enablers
Develop practical change management and communication measures
Support rollout activities, trainings, and community engagement
Translate academic research into actionable recommendations
Share findings with program leadership and stakeholders
Your background
Enrolled Master's student in business, psychology, HR, or a related field
Thesis topic aligned with AI adoption, change management, or transformation
Interest in AI and its impact on ways of working
Basic skills in qualitative and quantitative research methods
Strong communication skills; comfortable engaging with employees at all levels
Fluent in English, German is a plus
