- Answer and direct incoming calls using approved greetings and service protocols
- Activate and manage the “out of hours” switchboard for emergency and non-emergency calls
- Greet and assist visitors and employees in a professional and courteous manner
- Ensure compliance with established security and safety procedures for visitor access
- Maintain reception and lobby areas in a clean, organized, and brand-aligned condition
- Direct visitors to appropriate buildings, rooms, or contacts and notify hosts of guest arrival
- Provide information and coordinate off-campus activities, accommodations, or transportation for out-of-town guests as needed
- Enter maintenance requests into the service management system and coordinate vendor or supplier access when required
- Address complaints or service requests promptly and escalate issues to appropriate stakeholders
- Adhere to facility-specific language, service standards, and workplace policies
- Support emergency response procedures and communication efforts when necessary
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or related field preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities
- Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced, high-technology environment
- Proficiency with basic administrative tools and facility management systems
- Professional demeanor with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience working in semiconductor, manufacturing, or technology-driven environments
- Basic knowledge of safety, compliance, and security protocols
