Summary:
As a CSC Colleague Resource Center – DAS, you are more than just a financial resource for our customers. You are an expert in your field and are the first line of defense in protecting them. You will be working in a fast-paced and exciting role assisting customers with their inquiries regarding their Credit & Debit Cards and Zelle hold maintenance requests and service inquires, and any general account servicing questions they might have. Additionally, you’ll be handling escalated and complex customer situations to research and provide a resolution for the customer.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound customer calls and provide support for Huntington’s Credit & Debit products & services, including online banking, mobile banking, Zelle, Mobile Deposit, Mobile Wallet, Bank to Bank transfers, etc.
Review and resolve deposit account, bill pay, ACH and Bank to Bank holds - Maintain up to date knowledge on all Huntington products, services, technology, and procedures
- Work individually and with your team to meet or exceed established goals
- Exemplify the Huntington Core Values every day
- Provide customers with first call resolution and adhere to all bank policies and procedures while managing reputational risk by complying with risk standards
- Communicate effectively with partners and leadership
- Handle escalated customer situations/issues, which could include working with back-office departments to research/resolve complex and escalated situations
- Provide additional customer support to other specialty lines of business when needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of customer service experience
- 1 year of financial/banking experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Meet or exceed Year-to-Date Scorecard & reporting metrics
- Previous experience with Huntington’s Retail Online Banking & Mobile app products, services, and tools
- Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including typing, grammar, and spelling proficiency
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Thorough understanding of Customer Solution Center resources and policies
- Positive attitude and desire to learn with a passion for service
- Knowledge of PEGA, CIS/OBS/Hogan DDA screens, ESS, Mastercard/TSYS/IPS and MS Office products
- Prior Reg E/Reg Z regulatory compliance experience
