As an Audit & Assurance - DAT - Tech & Data - Associate 2, you will engage in providing independent and objective assessments of financial statements and internal controls, enhancing the credibility of this information for various stakeholders. Within our Assurance practice, you will assist clients in developing solutions that help build trust, drive improvement, and detect, monitor, and predict risk. Your work will involve using advanced analytics, data wrangling technology, and automation tools to enable clients to make efficient decisions based on accurate and complete information.
As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. In increasingly complex situations, you will build acumen to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, embrace ambiguity, ask questions, and use these challenges as opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities
- Assisting in the development of data-driven solutions to enhance audit and assurance processes
- Utilizing advanced analytics and data wrangling tools to support decision-making and risk assessment
- Collaborating with team members to evaluate financial statements and internal controls
- Applying programming skills in Python, R, and SQL to automate data analysis tasks
- Engaging in business process improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and accuracy
- Leveraging data visualization tools like Microsoft Power BI to present insights effectively
- Supporting the implementation of technology solutions that build trust and improve client outcomes
- Gathering and analyzing information from diverse sources to identify patterns and trends
- Adapting to various client needs and project scopes in a fast-paced environment
- Upholding professional and technical standards in line with firm guidelines and independence requirements
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems, Management Information Systems & Accounting, Computer and Information Science, Computer and Information Science & Accounting, Information Science, Economics, Economics and Finance, Economics and Finance & Technology, Business Administration/Management, Engineering, Accounting & Technology, Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Mathematical Statistics and/or other relevant degree
- At least 1 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
