· Own and drive complex B2B sales engagements from initial outreach and qualification through negotiation and contract signature.

· Develop and execute account strategies that establish long-term partnerships and drive customer success.
· Position and sell innovative robotics and automation solutions within complex enterprise environments.
· Utilize structured sales methodologies, such as MEDDPICC, to manage, advance, and close strategic opportunities.
· Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Leadership teams to align solutions with customer needs and market opportunities.
· Own pipeline development, sales forecasting, opportunity management, and revenue growth objectives.

What can we look forward to:
4+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales within SaaS, technology, automation, robotics, or other deep-tech environments.
Proven ability to build and maintain trusted executive-level relationships with C-suite, VP, and senior business stakeholders.
Hands-on experience applying structured sales methodologies, such as MEDDPICC, to manage complex enterprise sales cycles.
Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and achieving greater than 100% quota attainment.
Strong ability to develop compelling business cases, articulate customer value propositions, and align solutions to strategic business objectives.
Experience growing strategic customer accounts beyond the initial engagement through expansion opportunities and long-term partnership development.
