Luminary’s collaboration platform brings together wealth, legal, and tax advisors to help them deliver a delightful end to end experience to their clients.Luminary was founded in 2022 and count many of the largest wealth managers, law firms, accounting firms and trust companies in the country as customers. We are backed by leading venture capital investors, prominent wealth management firms, and several family offices.The OpportunityAs a Product Lead at Luminary, you will lead a multidisciplinary team to create industry-leading products that power the future of wealth management. You will join a talented group of product managers & designers and will report directly to Luminary’s Chief Product Officer.We’re looking for someone who is a true problem-solver at heart and has a strong desire to dive into an industry with huge problems and opportunities in an effort to drive transformational change. You are extremely customer-focused, process and detail-driven, and love bringing simplicity to technically complex problems. You thrive in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment and are willing to take risks and experience failure along the way. You are design-oriented, think in terms of KPIs, and enjoy learning about and applying new technologies to solve customer problems in a user-centric way.What you'll doWork directly with our CPO and executive team to define the vision and strategy for your area of the product and businessDeeply understand our customers (RIAs and institutional wealth management firms), their clients (ultra high net worth individuals) and their workflowsPartner closely with our design and engineering teams to build intuitive and delightful products for wealth managers, attorneys and asset ownersInteract directly with customers and users to unearth pain points and discover new product opportunitiesWork closely with our internal subject matter experts and advisory board to define detailed specifications for new product featuresCreate and own your team’s success metricsQualities we'd be excited to see in an applicant:6+ years of product management experience, ideally in fintechExperience owning a significant product roadmap from strategic inception to launch, ideally for a complex multi-product platformApproach decision making with a data-informed mindset, with the ability to gather both qualitative and quantitative data, emerge with insights, and come to well-reasoned conclusionsKeen communication and writing ability necessary to work collaboratively across functions (product, design, engineering, sales, customer success, marketing)Outstanding UX/UI sensibilitiesTechnical fluency that enables you to creatively explore possibilities and challenge constraints with engineering, with demonstrated ability to earn the respect of talented engineersAn enthusiasm for building AI-first products and experiencesWhy you’ll love working here…You’ll have a rare opportunity to work alongside our CPO, CEO and CTO and learn from industry and tech leaders with decades of experience who have built and run multiple billion dollar+ companiesYou’ll be a part of a small and nimble team where your work has measurable impact to the business’s successYou're excited to assume a critical role in building foundational product that will define the future of our...
