The Job:
As the Assistant Brand Manager, you’ll get to:- Support the Senior Brand Manager in developing and executing brand and communication strategies across the ANZ region.
- Help shape strategic and tactical growth plans that strengthen brand awareness, consistency, and market performance.
- Support the planning and execution of high-impact promotions, campaigns, and new product launches.
- Develop and maintain brand assets and materials, including catalogues, digital brochures, websites, point-of-sale materials, and branded merchandise.
- Coordinate omnichannel media activity across digital, social, web, PR, print, radio, and other relevant channels.
- Build and maintain a rolling 12-month calendar of brand activations and campaigns.
- Partner with Product, Trade Marketing, Sales, and Training teams to ensure consistent and effective brand execution.
- Support agency management, including briefing, coordination, and delivery of high-quality outcomes.
- Assist with brand presence at trade shows, exhibitions, and internal and external events.
About You:

You also have:- Experience in brand, product, or channel marketing, ideally within a consumer, industrial, or technology-led environment.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate multiple campaigns, launches, and priorities at once.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of customer, category, and market dynamics.
- The ability and desire to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
