The Global Production Control Planner serves as the global functional owner for Production Control across the factory network. This role provides matrix leadership to site-based teams, driving alignment, standardization, and continuous improvement in production planning and execution.This role is pivotal to transforming Production Control into a globally consistent, scalable capability that enables Order Execution excellence. By driving standardization, improving execution discipline, and strengthening capability, the Global Production Control Planner ensures the organization can meet customer demand with speed, quality, and predictability.What you’ll do
Develop Global Vision & Standards: Develop and deploy Production Control strategy, processes, and best-known methods (BKM’s) across all sitesDrive Matrix Alignment: Influence and align site-based teams globally; ensure adoption of standards without direct authorityDeliver Operational Excellence: Lead initiatives to improve scheduling accuracy, cycle time, and execution predictabilityEnable Scalable Execution: Develop tools, metrics, and governance to drive consistency and performance across the networkBuild Capability: Strengthen organizational capability through coaching, development frameworks, and knowledge sharingPartner Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with Order Execution, Manufacturing, Planning, and Supply Chain to ensure end-to-end alignmentWho we’re looking for
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 6-8 years of management experience. An advanced degree preferred.10+ years of experience in Production Control, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Operations, or related field5+ years of leadership experience, leading global or multi-site operations in a matrixed environmentAPICS CertificationsStrong expertise in production planning, scheduling, and executionDemonstrated ability to influence, drive change, and deliver operational improvementsPreferred qualifications
Experience in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environmentsFamiliarity with ERP/MRP systems and production planning toolsExperience supporting large-scale business transformation or scaling initiativesOur commitment
