Supports development and execution of integrated marketing plans that align brand, customer, campaign, content, and channel priorities with business objectives. Drives multi-channel marketing activities across digital, social media, content, and program-based initiatives to improve reach, engagement, and conversion outcomes. Coordinates campaign, customer, and content workflows to ensure timely delivery, message consistency, and effective use of marketing resources and platforms. Monitors marketing, campaign, and channel performance metrics to generate insights, support reporting, and inform optimization decisions. Maintains marketing content, program assets, and publishing calendars to strengthen governance, operational discipline, and audience relevance. Supports use and optimization of marketing technology, social media, and related tools to improve execution efficiency, targeting, and measurement. Collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with customer needs, business priorities, and evolving market opportunities.

High School Diploma/GED, or equivalent experience required. Associate's degree in marketing, business, communications, operations, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred. 3+ years of experience in marketing services, marketing operations, business enablement, program operations, or a related field required. Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Yellow, Green, Black Belt), Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification preferred.
