As a Quality Technician on our Fluke Health Solutions Quality Assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with established ISO 17025 requirements and other applicable regulatory standards and requirements. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Technician to join our team. The Quality Technician will be responsible for performing incoming, in-process, assisting with problem-solving using various tools, manage training documentation, and ensuring compliance with ISO 17025 standards.

Your primary contacts will be:

InternalQuality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs team, Operations team, Analytical team, Engineering team, Business Units as well as all other functional team members.

ExternalIndustry peers, Regulatory agencies, Customers, Notified Body, Suppliers.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Perform and oversee incoming inspections of raw materials, components, and finished products.
  • Perform incoming inspection for Neutrons which will include manual data pulling of neutron sheets and release of sheets to the operations using Agresso
  • Perform incoming inspection for components which will include measurement and density testing against drawings and document nonconformances.
  • Preparing Calibrates and QCs for analytical lab as needed
  • Conduct in-process inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Document inspection results and maintain Inspection / Test records.
  • Assist in identifying and resolving quality-related issues using problem-solving tools (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagrams, Root Cause Analysis).
  • Ensure all quality personnel are adequately trained and maintain training records.
  • Maintain compliance with ISO 17025 standards and ensure all processes and procedures align with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
  • Collect, analyze, and assemble pertinent quality data for periodic reviews.
  • Support QC team with Fit-Form-Function testing and trial runs for investigations including FAIs
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

  • Ability to read and understand Engineering Drawings
  • Knowledge of quality inspection methods, tools, and equipment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and experience with problem-solving tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail, multitask and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Quality Management Software.
