We care for post stroke and extremely debilitated patients and rehabilitate them to be able to go home safely. Our mission is to rehabilitate patients to their best quality of life. We are a desirable team that works collaboratively together, somewhat flexible schedule, and have a good education program within rehab. We look for candidates that are willing to work as a team, can communicate well with staff, patients, and families and are supportive of the rehabilitation. Job Summary:As a Nurse you will assume responsibility and accountability for facilitating, communicating, and collaborating with both the healthcare team, and the patient/family to identify and meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of the patient.
