Production & QA Assistant

Gurugram, IndiaPosted Jul 27, 2026

We invite you to come grow with us.

Inizio Ignite is the global advisory partner for health and life sciences, bringing together connected expertise across Research Partnership, Putnam, Vynamic and STEM. Guided by purpose, passion and precision, we connect insight, strategy and execution to help clients make stronger decisions, accelerate performance and deliver lasting impact for patients. Data, technology and AI enhance this work, alongside the human expertise and judgement that define our advisory offer.

About the India Design Studio

We are establishing an India Design Studio in Gurugram to support Inizio Ignite's global teams. The studio will operate as a central design hub, working with business-unit spokes across Research Partnership, Putnam, Vynamic, STEM and Innovation & Growth.

The Design Studio will turn complex strategic, scientific and commercial content into clear, persuasive client stories. It will support high-value business development and client-facing work, including proposals, RFP responses, pitch decks, credentials, case studies, thought leadership and other priority materials.

Our goal is to improve the quality, speed and consistency of these materials; strengthen how Ignite presents its connected expertise; and build reusable design assets and ways of working that support client delivery and growth.

How quality works in the studio

Quality is shared. Everyone who creates or edits work is accountable for the accuracy and quality of their contribution. Designers complete a structured self-check before handover. The Production & QA Assistant provides independent, checklist-based review and delivery control. The Senior Designer provides creative oversight and final design sign-off for priority or high-risk work. Business stakeholders remain accountable for factual content, client requirements and final business approval.

How we use AI

Approved AI and automation tools may be used to support brief understanding, content structuring, asset discovery, layout exploration, tagging and quality checks. They are enabling tools rather than substitutes for design craft. Human judgement, confidentiality, accessibility, brand integrity and final accountability always come first.

Your primary role

Role: Production & QA Assistant - India Design Studio

Team: India Design Studio

The Production & QA Assistant is a foundational role in the Design Studio, combining junior production support, independent checklist-based QA and workflow administration. You will help protect design time, strengthen delivery discipline and ensure that files are accurate, organised and ready for client or business use.

What you will do

  • Apply approved templates and complete basic formatting or production updates to slides, documents and supporting materials.
  • Perform independent QA after the designer has completed their self-check, reviewing formatting, alignment, pagination, footnotes, spelling, grammar, consistency, brand application, accessibility and template compliance.
  • Record QA findings clearly and return issues to the designer or Senior Designer for correction; the role supports quality control but does not replace designer or business-owner accountability.
  • Check briefs and source files for completeness and flag gaps before work begins.
  • Log requests, update workflow trackers and maintain an accurate record of status, turnaround, rework, feedback and common quality issues.
  • Manage file naming, folder structure, version control, handover notes and final delivery packages.
  • Prepare editable source files, PDFs, linked assets and usage notes for final delivery where required.
  • Tag reusable assets and maintain library metadata so approved content can be found, adapted and reused.
  • Use approved AI-enabled tools responsibly to support grammar, consistency, brief summarisation, tagging or QA, with careful human review before findings are acted on.
  • Escalate missing information, conflicting versions, confidentiality concerns, delivery blockers or high-risk quality issues to the Senior Designer or relevant workflow lead.

About you

Your skills and experience

  • At least 1 year of experience in production support, presentation support, document QA, creative operations, project administration or another detail-focused role; strong entry-level candidates with relevant internships or portfolios may also be considered.
  • Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, Excel, PDF workflows and Microsoft Teams/SharePoint or similar collaboration environments.
  • Excellent attention to detail and confidence checking layout, formatting, spelling, grammar, page flow, naming conventions and version control.
  • Basic understanding of brand guidelines, templates, accessibility and what makes a file ready for client-facing use.
  • Experience using trackers, logs, checklists, file structures or workflow documentation accurately and consistently.
  • Clear communication skills and the confidence to flag gaps, errors or risks without taking ownership away from the person responsible for correcting them.
  • Practical AI literacy and a responsible approach to confidential information and human review.
  • Interest in presentation production, design craft, workflow improvement and healthcare or life-sciences client work.

Ideal profile

  • You are highly accurate, organised and calm under time pressure.
  • You enjoy making files cleaner, clearer and easier for others to use.
  • You take pride in catching issues and communicating them constructively before materials are delivered.
  • You are motivated to develop your production, quality or design skills as the studio grows.

Career progression

This role is the foundation of the Design Studio career framework. With demonstrated design craft and a suitable portfolio, progression may lead to Designer and Senior Designer. Colleagues who build deeper expertise in workflow, quality, asset management and reporting may also develop toward a Studio Operations or QA specialist pathway. Progression is based on capability, impact and available business opportunities.
