Role Overview
The IT Sr Analyst, OneStream COE, supports the business community with functional and technical expertise across the OneStream platform. You will work closely with finance and technology stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, support monthly close activities, and help deliver reliable solutions that meet business needs. The role also includes support for inbound and outbound integrations with ERP systems and other technical aspects of the tool.
What will you do?
Provide functional and technical support for the OneStream Financial Consolidation and Reporting system.
Support users during the Monthly End Close Cycle (MECC) and help resolve issues that may affect reporting timelines.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for enhancements, fixes, and process improvements.
Troubleshoot user questions and incidents through ServiceNow and follow issues through resolution.
Manage access provisioning and deprovisioning activities in line with SOX requirements.
Maintain security groups, roles, and supporting applications used to administer OneStream access.
Support inbound and outbound integrations with ERP systems and help validate data movement and business rules.
Maintain OneStream COE SharePoint sites, learning materials, Power Apps content, Azure Groups, and Outlook shared mailboxes as needed.
Partner with the OneStream COE team on finance needs, metadata releases, system updates, and user communications.
Communicate planned and unplanned outages, changes, and important system updates to the user community.

What are we looking for?
University degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
3 or more years of experience in financial reporting, consolidation systems, or related IT/business analysis work.
Experience supporting OneStream, HFM, or a similar financial consolidation and reporting platform.
Experience gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and documenting functional or technical solutions.
Experience with ServiceNow and Power Apps.
Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data, reconciliations, and reporting outputs.
Working knowledge of SOX compliance requirements and access control processes.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with business users, finance teams, and technical partners.
