📍 Location: Hyderabad 🏢 Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 2 days per week in the office

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced and people-focused HR Program Manager to design, develop, implement, and evaluate HR programs and initiatives across areas such as recruiting, employee engagement, and wellness. In this role, you'll lead the strategic planning and execution of complex HR programs while building meaningful partnerships — both internally and externally — that position Hyland as a premier technology employer in the community.

This is a role for someone who combines strategic thinking with a bias for action, thrives in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment, and is genuinely passionate about delivering HR programs that make a difference for employees and the organization.

Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do.

  • Design and execute requirements for complex HR programs, applying experience and best practice knowledge to ensure results are aligned with overall HR objectives; apply project and program management best practices to drive consistent, high-quality execution.
  • Serve as the point of contact for employees and managers for HR programs; lead the strategic planning of HR initiatives and remain current on HR trends in the market and at competitors to propose and assist with implementing new programs.
  • Develop and maintain key internal and external partnerships to position Hyland as the premier technology employer in the community; develop communications that increase awareness and participation across HR programs.
  • Monitor and manage adherence to budget; track and report post-program metrics by gathering accurate data to provide analytics and actionable guidance on effective program execution.
  • Mentor, coach, train, and provide feedback to other team members, contributing to team growth and development; may provide feedback to leadership on the technical abilities of team members.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery of HR programs, while continuously identifying opportunities for process improvement and enhanced program effectiveness.

Role Essentials

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with demonstrated experience managing HR programs and significant experience as an HR professional at a strategic level.
  • Strong project management skills with a proven track record of success managing projects and programs in a fast-paced, complex, and ever-changing work environment.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with a professional demeanor; excellent organizational, detail orientation, and interpersonal skills, with strong conflict management and negotiation abilities.
  • Proven ability to cultivate strong partnerships and communicate and influence at all levels of the organization, with demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and tact.
  • Self-motivated with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm; bias for action, strong work ethic, and desire to achieve excellence; proficient with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office; up to 10% travel time required.

  • Experience monitoring and reporting post-program metrics, with the ability to gather accurate data and translate analytics into actionable guidance for HR leadership.
