Job Description

POSITION TITLE: Accounts Receivable/Payable/Payroll

LOCATION:  211 N. Robinson, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

STATUS: Full Time

CLOSING: Until filled

SALARY: $ 75,000 annually (includes insurance allowance)

BENEFITS: Full State of Oklahoma benefits including generous monthly allowance for health coverage, paid sick and vacation leave earned monthly. Paid holidays.      

POSITION SUMMARY:  This position is responsible for all aspects of financial accounting to include account reconciliation between the County Treasurer and the DA’s Office, grant accounting and auditing, accounts payable and accounts receivable reconciliation, communication and collaboration between the DA’s Office and the District Attorney’s Counsel

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have Accounting Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Punctuality
  • Current with technology including Microsoft Office and QuickBooks
  • Prior experience a plus.
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Job candidates must have maturity and excellent people skills, should be detail oriented, and enjoy working on a team and understand team dynamics.
  • A self-starter, motivated
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Honesty and Integrity.
  • Must pass criminal background check
  • Attendance and reliability are of the utmost importance.
