Memory QMA Responsibilities:
- To assist residents with dressing, bathing, personal hygiene, and grooming. To help make beds and empty trash.
- To monitor and assist with medication provision, following standards established by facility policies and procedures. To properly
document medication provision, services delivered, and, if appropriate, the resident's condition. - To follow the instructions given by the supervisor and communicate with the supervisor on resident health questions/concerns as
necessary
Qualifications:
- Must be licensed or certified by the operating state (FL) to administer medications through a QMA, CMA, or state-required med passing certification, and must maintain current and unencumbered certifications
- CPR certified and/or first aid certified preferred
