Position: Software Developer (Member of Technical Staff)
Duties: Serve as a core contributor to agentic systems and interaction projects. Build next-generation desktop and browser-based agents systems that can autonomously navigate the web, interact with filesystems, and complete complex user tasks. Design and implement agentic system architectures capable of interacting with browsers, operating systems, and enterprise filesystems. Build the backend layer for infrastructure systems and information context management systems required for agents to operate. Build search and retrieval pipelines across large-scale structured and unstructured data. Engineer secure virtualized runtimes and backend services for agent execution. Develop software using Python programming language. Build and debug complex end-to-end software applications. Integrate large language models (LLMs), vision models, and scaffolding frameworks for autonomous, multi-step decision-making. Work with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) environments, production workloads, web interfaces, databases, search engines, and queuing systems.
Education Required: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
Experience Required: 5 years of progressive experience as Software Engineer or related occupation
Special Requirements: Must have at least 1 year of prior work experience in each of the following:
1. Leading Full Scale software development projects and designing scalable backend systems infrastructure.
2. Full Stack development utilizing frontend technologies including Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or Typescript.
3. Utilizing advanced algorithms and data structures to improve performance.
4. Developing software applications utilizing Python and C++.
5. Building distributed systems and integrating services using API.
6. Managing data infrastructure utilizing SQL and NoSQL databases.
7. Constructing a staging environment for UAT, integration and pre-release tests, and managing CI/CD pipelines.
8. Queuing mechanisms and streamlining operations to enhance system capability.
