The Business Relationship Management will be responsible for leading the Global BRM practice at R1, ensuring the development, governance, and delivery of business relationship management across the enterprise. They will lead a team that understands business strategies and capabilities for our Revenue Cycle Operations, Solutions & Strategy, and Corporate environments and systems.
Responsibilities:
Work as IT Business Relationship manager In India and own executive-level relationships and serves as a single point of focus, working to converge functions such as IT, HR, finance, etc., and one or more lines of business or value streams
Understanding of business demand across business functions like IT, human resources, finance, legal, etc., and ensures that the potential business.
Willing and able to perform a variety of work and to function as a project manager when required.
Work with business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to understand business strategies and develop plans for each business function/geography. Document and seek agreement on business pain points as well as current and future state capabilities and gaps.
Work with SMEs to identify critical vs. nice-to-have functionality to promote re-use of existing solutions (application rationalization) and process alignment.
Communicate business viewpoints to IT leadership to drive technical strategy.
Facilitate communications flow between IT and Business. Understand the internal and external customer bases and provide a balance between business and IT centric advocacy.
Develop and Document business processes and requirements in support of roadmap development and project initiation.
Secure firm knowledge transfer of project drivers, business processes, and business requirements to delivery teams at project initiation
Work with BRM leadership and business SMEs to establish priorities on IT initiatives.
Actively identify and document business process improvement and tangible benefits in support of operations.
Challenge and improve alignment of the business requirements with regional or global templates
Ensure Solutions, Operations and Corporate operations priorities are being managed.
Develop and drive IT strategies to business SMEs.
Provide guidance to business stakeholders on preferred IT solutions, and opportunities to standardize and prioritize IT projects.
Research and identify enabling solutions, best practices, and technologies to proactively address customer requirements. Update project portfolios and roadmaps based on those trends.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, or another discipline relevant to the healthcare industry or equivalent experience.
10-12 years of IT experience
Desired Qualifications:
Deep experience in production support or deployment of systems
Broad knowledge in revenue cycle management business processes and technologies added advantage.
Familiarity with technologies used or to be used by the Functional area
Working knowledge of the following systems is desired (Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, MS Project Online, Jira, Confluence, R1 technology stack)
Strong project management skills
Business Process Mapping and requirements definition experience
Good communication, logical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
Strong ability to collaborate, influence and build consensus.
PMP, PRINCE2, CSPO, CSM, CBRM, or CTBME Preferred.
