Purpose and Mission
As HR Analyst to provide data / report services
Provide technical support to all local HR information systems
Provide technical solution to improve efficiency
Key Activities and Responsibilities
1. Act as technical support to participate in the architecture design, system implementation, and optimization of the HR system. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Proposing solutions and participating in system vendor selection.
- Planning go-live schedules and driving implementation progress.
- Mastering basic configuration functions of the local HRIS.
- Providing technical support and assurance to improve existing HRIS workflows or functionalities.
- Managing system rollout, daily operations, and system iteration.
- Researching advanced market technologies and optimizing existing system features based on the company's actual needs. 2. Manage comprehensive HR foundational data and generate data analysis reports. Establish a metrics system to create reports or online data dashboards. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Maintaining master data settings within the HR system.
- Sorting, extracting, and cleaning data.
- Providing solutions to improve data quality.
- Ensuring standardized data delivery. 3. Act as a data service provider to optimize the local data architecture and enhance interfaces with Global and other systems to deliver higher-quality data services. Responsibilities include:
- Managing interfaces between the local HRIS and other systems to ensure stable operation.
- Regularly reviewing data field configurations within the system.
- Tracking and resolving data anomalies.
- Managing and optimizing data functionalities that cannot be resolved by the system natively.
- Ensuring seamless integration between the employee master data module and other modules in the HRIS. 4. Act as technical support to drive process automation using various tools and market services, reducing repetitive tasks and improving overall workflow efficiency. Responsibilities include:
- Identifying automation opportunities and creating automated workflows.
- Leveraging low-code tools to provide HR products that enhance process efficiency. 5. Act as technical support for daily HRIS operations, including access management, user troubleshooting, and operational guidance. Responsibilities include:
- Managing access rights and conducting regular audits.
- Serving as an internal HRIS technical expert to answer user questions and guide system operations.
- Maintaining and updating user manuals based on actual needs, and conducting regular training for key users. 6. Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.
Skills
1. Familiarity with HR management processes and methodologies. Strong data processing and analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and Python. Experience with Microsoft Power Platform is highly preferred.
2. Strong logical thinking skills with the ability to analyze phenomena, pinpoint issues, and summarize findings to propose effective solutions.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to accurately understand, clearly convey, and logically articulate information.
4. Outstanding execution, stress tolerance, and adaptability. Meticulous, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
5. Good written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese.
Previous Experience
2+ years of HRIS experience, project implementation and management experience is a plus.
Qualifications and Education
Bachelor’s degree or above, majors in Data Analysis, Information Management, or Computer Science are preferred.
