Team Overview
This team is responsible for delivering innovative fraud prevention, identity verification, and risk mitigation solutions across Latin America. The team partners closely with Product Strategy, Technology, Operations, and Sales to bring new fraud products to market, enhance existing capabilities, and ensure successful customer adoption. This role plays a key part in accelerating product innovation, improving operational effectiveness, and supporting revenue growth across the Solutions business.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.Role Overview And Core Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of implementation plans for new Fraud Solutions products and enhancements across Latin America.
- Partner with Product Strategy, Technology, Operations, and Sales teams to deliver fraud and identity solutions that meet market needs.
- Manage project budgets and resource allocation to ensure successful product launches within agreed timelines and quality expectations.
- Monitor product performance and customer outcomes, identifying issues and driving corrective action plans when necessary.
- Define business requirements for new product implementations and enhancements while supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
- Coordinate project planning, scheduling, scope management, and execution to ensure delivery commitments are met.
- Design and optimize operational processes that support fraud prevention, customer onboarding, and solution delivery.
- Identify operational and business risks and implement controls to mitigate potential fraud-related vulnerabilities.
- Develop training plans and knowledge-transfer programs for Operations, Support, Customer Engineering, and other internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with client-facing teams to ensure customers receive effective support and maximize the value of fraud solutions.
Required Knowledge And Experiences
- 7+ years of experience in banking, financial services, fraud prevention, risk management, identity solutions, or software solutions industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience managing product implementations and product lifecycle activities.
- Strong understanding of business requirements gathering, UAT processes, and cross-functional product delivery.
- Experience working in agile project management environments
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive execution within a matrix organization.

- Risk assessment and process control design.
- Data-driven product performance monitoring and issue resolution.
